Every order is packed and handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days. Once it ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Greece

BoxNow locker — free
Collect your order from a BoxNow locker of your choice, open 24/7. You get a code by SMS and email when your parcel arrives.

ACS Courier — €3.50
Delivered to your address by ACS Courier, usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

DHL — €8.20
Tracked door-to-door delivery by DHL, usually 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

International

DHL Standard — €17.00 flat
We ship to 28 countries, including all major EU markets, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan. Delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with a tracking number. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still have no tracking information, get in touch through our contact page.

Delivery addresses

We ship only to the address given at checkout. Once an order enters the shipping process we cannot change the address, so please check it before you order.
