Which size should I order?
Our pieces have an oversized fit. For a more fitted look, size down from your usual size. Open the Size chart on any product page for measurements in cm.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
How can I cancel my order?
We start processing orders right away, and once an order enters the shipping process we cannot change or cancel it. If you need to cancel, email info@figuregallery.com as soon as possible with your order number.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Email info@figuregallery.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and what you received, and we will take care of it.
What should I do if my payment does not go through?
Check that your billing information matches your card and try again, or use another payment method. Orders with incorrect billing information, or that need extra verification, may be delayed or cancelled. If it still fails, contact us.
How long does processing take?
On average 2-5 business days to process your order and hand it to the carrier. Around major holidays, or for high-demand items, it can take up to 10 days.
How long does delivery take?
Greece (ELTA Courier): 2-7 business days. Europe (ELTA EMS/SPM): 5-15 business days. These estimates are on top of the processing time and are not guaranteed.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and you will receive an email with your tracking number once it is dispatched. It can take a few days to update. If your order is more than 5 business days old and there is still no tracking, contact us.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees charged when the parcel arrives. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return window?
30 days from purchase, as long as the item shows no visible damage and the original packaging is intact. Intimate and sanitary goods cannot be returned.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@figuregallery.com with your order number and the reason. We may ask for proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you the approval or rejection. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and banks usually take 2-3 days to post it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Report it to info@figuregallery.com within 48 hours of delivery. After that we may not be able to honor the claim.
How do I care for my hoodie?
Wash cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low, iron low and do not dry-clean. The full symbol guide is under Care instructions on every product page.
How does the fit work?
The fit is oversized. Choose your usual size for a relaxed look, or size down for a more fitted one. Check the Size chart for exact measurements.
